How To Cook: |

1. Cover the breast of each bird with a slice of bacon and season. Place 1 tablespoon butter inside each.

2. Roast in a hot 400 - 450°F oven for 30 minutes.
|
3. Remove birds, drain off surplus fat and add cream to the pan.
|
4. Simmer slowly and season to taste. Add olives, and pour over the birds.
