A yummy dressing for mixed green and vegetable salads.

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
½ cup peanut or salad oil
Juice or 1 lemon
1 or 2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/8 to ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
Salt, pepper to taste
