A good salad to serve with skewered or grilled lamb or beef.

What You Need: |

3 navel oranges, peeled and sliced
2 medium-sized onions, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Dash of cayenne
Salt, pepper to taste
6 pitted black or green olives

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Arrange orange slices in a serving dish.
|
2. Top with onion slices.
|
3. Combine remaining ingredients, except olives, and pour over salad.
|
4. Serve garnished with olives.
