Dressing with the flavor of the East for romaine or other lettuces.

What You Need: |

|
½ cup tahini
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Dash of cayenne
Salt, pepper to taste
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine ingredients, except parsley, and mix well, preferably in an electric blonder.
|
2. When well mixed, stir in parsley.
|
NOTE:
|
For a thinner dressing, add more lemon juice or a little water.
|
