A scrumptious salad to serve with cold, cooked chicken or turkey.

What You Need: |

1 cup sour cream
˝ cup diced pitted dates
2 tablespoons orange juice
Dash of nutmeg
Endive or other greens, washed and dried
3 medium-sized ripe avocados, peeled and sliced
2 grapefruit, peeled and broken into sections, membranes removed
2 oranges, peeled and broken into sections, membranes removed

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Combine sour cream, dates, orange juice, and nutmeg; refrigerate.
|
2. When ready to serve, place greens in a serving dish or salad bowl.
|
3. Arrange fruit over them.
|
4. Serve with the sour cream-date mixture.
