Beet - Yogurt Salad
Near Easterners make an interesting variety of winter salads with beets, which are grown in several varieties and colors. These piquant-flavored dishes are generally served with poultry or lamb.

What You Need:
  • 2 cups sliced cooked or canned beets, drained
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ˝ cup plain yogurt
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine ingredients and refrigerate 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.

    To Serve: 4
