Brussels Sprouts Salad
This unusual salad is a good accompaniment for roast beef or game.

What You Need:
  • 3 cups cold, cooked Brussels sprouts
  • 1 medium-sized red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons drained capers
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Crisp lettuce leaves, washed and dried

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine Brussels sprouts, onion, and celery in a bowl.

    2. Mix remaining ingredients, except lettuce, and add to vegetables.

    3. To serve, place lettuce leaves in a serving dish and top with salad.

    To Serve: 6
