What You Need: |

2 cups each of coarsely shredded red and green cabbage, washed, dried, and chilled
2 red apples, unpeeled, cored, and sliced
3 medium-sized celery stalks, cleaned and chopped
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt, pepper to taste

How To Cook: |

|
1. Combine cabbage, apples, and celery in a medium bowl.
|
2. Mix remaining ingredients and add to cabbage mixture.
|
3. Mix well. Serve at once or refrigerate 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.
