Jellied Apple - Nut Salad

What You Need: |

|
1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
¾ cup cold apple juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
1½ cups chopped, peeled apples
½ cup diced celery
¼ cup chopped pecans

|
How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a medium bowl.
|
2. Add apple and lemon juices and salt. Chill until partially set.
|
3. Fold in remaining ingredients and turn into a mold.
|
4. Chill several hours until firm. Unmold onto a chilled plate.
