Jellied Ham Salad
A good summer luncheon or supper main-dish salad.

What You Need:
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1½ cups hot bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 cups finely chopped cooked ham
  • ¼ cup chopped pickles
  • ½ cup minced celery
  • ¼ cup minced green pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Soften gelatin in cold water in a medium bowl.

    2. Add hot bouillon and vinegar; stir to dissolve.

    3. Cool and refrigerate until partially set.

    4. Fold in remaining ingredients and turn into a mold or loaf pan.

    5. Chill several hours until firm.

    6. Unmold onto a chilled plate over lettuce leaves, if desired.

    7. Cut into slices to serve.
