Low - Calorie Tomato Dressing
For cottage cheese, vegetables, and mixed green salads, this dressing won't trouble the conscience of the calorie-conscious.

What You Need:
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine ingredients and mix well.

    2. Refrigerate until ready to use.

    To Make: about 1¼ cups
