1 cup sliced cold, cooked carrots
1 cup diced cold, cooked beets
2 cups sliced cold, cooked potatoes
1 cup cold, cooked green peas
2 tablespoons minced dill pickles
1 cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon cayenne
Salt, pepper to taste
Crisp salad greens, washed and dried

How To Cook: |

1. Combine vegetables and pickles in a serving dish.

2. Mix sour cream, cayenne, salt, and pepper; add to salad.
|
3. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.
