What You Need: |

1 pound bulk or canned sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 medium-sized onion, peeled and chopped
¾ cup chopped green pepper
½ cup diced raw carrots
1/8 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/8 teaspoon celery seeds
3 tablespoons salad oil
3 tablespoons chili sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
Salt, pepper to taste

1. Combine ingredients in a serving dish.

2. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors.
