This colorful salad is served with cold meats and other dishes at the traditional Swedish "smorgasbord". It can be made with other kinds of fresh fruit as well as the ones in this recipe.

2 navel oranges, peeled and chopped
2 red apples, cored and chopped
2 pears, cored and chopped
1 cup white grapes, cut in halves and seeded
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup mayonnaise
About ½ cup sour cream
½ cup chopped walnuts

How To Cook: |

|
1. Combine fruit and orange juice in a serving dish.
|
2. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; spoon over fruit mixture.
|
3. Sprinkle with nuts.
