1 medium-sized cucumber, peeled and sliced
4 medium-sized potatoes, cooked, peeled, and sliced
3 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and chopped
2 small heads leafy lettuce, washed, dried, torn into bite-size pieces, and chilled
1/3 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sharp prepared mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt, pepper to taste
2 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and sliced

How To Cook: |

|
1. Combine cucumber, potatoes, eggs, and lettuce in a salad bowl.
|
2. Mix oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper; pour over salad just before serving; toss.
|
3. Serve garnished with tomato slices.
