A dressing you'll serve again and again with raw vegetables.

What You Need: |

2 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup olive or salad oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
Dash of cayenne
Salt, pepper to taste

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Soak bread in water and squeeze it out.
|
2. Pound nuts in a mortar with bread and garlic.
|
3. Slowly mix in oil, beating until thick and smooth.
|
4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
|
NOTE:

Whirl in an electric blender, if desired.
