Baked Cucumbers And Sour Cream

What You Need: |

2 large cucumbers or 4 ridge cucumbers
Cold cooked meat, minced
˝ oz butter
Boiled rice
Pepper and salt
Sour cream

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Peel the cucumbers and cut into 3-inch lengths.
|
2. Mix together the cooked rice and minced meat, season with pepper and salt and fry them lightly in the butter.
|
3. Scoop out the seeds of the cucumbers and fill with the meat and rice mixture.
|
4. Lay the stuffed cucumbers in a fireproof dish, pour the sour cream over and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
