Cheese Toast With Scrambled Eggs

What You Need: |

Slices of bread (2 for each person)
1 cup white wine
1 oz butter
Parsley and chives
Pinch of flour
10 oz fatty, but not too salty, cheese
6 eggs

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Toast and butter slices of bread and keep them hot.
|
2. Pour cup white wine in a fondue dish, mix into it butter seasoned with chopped parsley and chives and a pinch of flour, also cheese, grated or chopped into fine pieces.

3. Cook, stirring all the time.
|
4. Break eggs into a bowl and beat vigorously; pour them over the cheese mixture when the latter begins to bubble and stir well in.
|
5. Season lightly with pepper and spread the mixture on the bread.
|
6. Serve very hot.
