Cottage Cheese Sweet

What You Need: |

|
1 large sponge cake or 4 small ones
Finely grated rind of 1 lemon
Milk
Maraschino or sherry
3 oz ground almonds
Glace cherries
˝ pound ricotta
Pistachio nuts

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Soak the cake in milk.
|
2. Add the ground almonds and ricotta and mix thoroughly.
|
3. Add the lemon rind and finally the Maraschino or sherry.
|
4. Decorate with glace cherries and pistachio nuts.
