									| How To Cook: |  |  |  |  |  | 1. Soften butter and mix with cheese, salt, eggs and 8 oz. of the flour. 
 
 |  | 2. When these are well mixed, rub through a sieve and add the rest of the flour. 
 
 |  | 3. Form the mixture into small balls and cook in gently boiling water for about 15 minutes, or till they float; drain and serve with melted butter.
