How To Cook: |

1. Beat the eggs well, add the sugar and continue beating.

2. Mix the baking powder with the flour, add the spices and add this mixture to the beaten eggs and sugar.
|
3. Form into dough and add the orange-flower water.
|
4. If the dough is stiff, soften by adding a little milk.
|
5. Form the mixture into round biscuit shapes, place on a floured tin and bake in a moderately hot oven (400°F) until a pale golden-brown.
|
6. Do not leave too long in oven as this may harden them too much.
|
7. When exposed to the air, these "Village" or "Farm Biscuits" harden and form delicious crunchy cookies.
