Fish Cooked In White Wine
What You Need:
  • Big fish fillets (carp, pike, etc.)
  • Salted water
  • Butter
  • Parsley and chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • White wine

  • How To Cook:
    1. This recipe is only suitable for big fish fillets.

    2. Place them into a saucepan, cover with salted cold water and heat until the water begins to bubble slightly.

    3. Draw the casserole to one side, cover and leave for 10 minutes for the fish to poach, and then drain it.

    4. Line a fireproof dish with small knobs of butter, chopped parsley and chives, put in the fillets, season with salt and pepper and cover with white wine.

    5. Put the dish into a moderate oven (350°F) and cook for 30 - 45 minutes, according to quantity.
