4 pound pike
White breadcrumbs
Salt
Fat for frying
2 eggs
Lemon and parsley

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Bone the fish and cut into ¾-inch steaks.
|
2. Salt them on both sides and leave overnight.
|
3. Wipe off the salt; egg and breadcrumb the pieces of fish and fry in shallow fat until well browned.
|
4. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
