Liver On Skewers

What You Need: |

|
1 pound calf's liver
Bacon strips
Pepper and salt
Butter
Sage leaves
|
|

|
How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Skin the liver, cut it into strips about 1½ inches long and ¼ inch thick and season with pepper, salt and crushed sage leaves.
|
2. Wrap the liver in the bacon strips and spear on wooden skewers.
|
3. Brown in a frying pan on both sides in a generous amount of butter.
|
|
