What You Need: |

1 pound shortcrust pastry
Sugar to taste
1 cup nillon (crushed nut kernels from which oil has been removed)
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons jam
1 cup milk
˝ cup nut oil
1 cup water

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Line a round tin with the pastry.
|
2. Grate the nillon finely, mix it with the liquids and add the remaining ingredients.
|
3. Cover the pastry with the nutty mixture and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 40 minutes.
