Red Mullets In Sour Cream

4 red mullets
¼ pound butter
1 tablespoon flour
¼ pint sour cream
Salt

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Clean fish through gills and wash and wipe well.
|
2. Coat each fish with flour, and sprinkle with salt.
|
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the fish on both sides.
|
4. Then pour the cream over the fish in the same frying pan and keep on the heat until the cream begins to turn deep yellow.
