St. Gall Cheese Balls
What You Need:
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 oz grated cheese
  • Flour

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix well egg yolks with grated cheese and add a beaten egg white.

    2. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls, roll them in flour, deep fry and serve very hot with tomato sauce.

    To Serve: 2 - 4
