St. Gall Cheese Balls
What You Need:
4 eggs
10 oz grated cheese
Flour
How To Cook:

. Mix well egg yolks with grated cheese and add a beaten egg white.

. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls, roll them in flour, deep fry and serve very hot with tomato sauce.
