What You Need: |

˝ pound bread dough
2 medium-sized onions, chopped and fried in butter
3 oz butter
˝ pound grated Gruyere cheese
˝ pound Emmental cheese
2 eggs
4 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 cup cream

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Knead the bread dough with the butter, roll out and use to fill a round baking tin.
|
2. Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly and cover the pastry in a 1-inch thick layer.
|
3. Bake in a moderately hot oven (425°F) for 30-35 minutes.
