How To Cook: |

1. Take some small flat pieces of veal, salt and pepper them and place a small piece of bacon in the middle of each; roll up and secure with a cocktail stick, then fry in oil until well done.

2. Keep hot in the oven while making the sauce.

SAUCE:
|
1. Stir a little flour into the oil in the frying pan, and cook until brown, stirring all the time.
|
2. Add a little water, and then continue to add white wine until the mixture reaches the required consistency.
|
3. Pour the sauce over the veal and serve hot.
