Waffle Cornets With Cream

What You Need: |

|
˝ cup sour cream
˝ pound flour
4 tablespoons milk
5 oz sugar
2 tablespoons water
Grated peel of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon Kirsch
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of salt
Double cream

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix all ingredients except the double cream and bake on a waffle iron.
|
2. Form into cornets while hot and when cold fill with whipped cream.
