		1½ pound minced veal
		1½ tablespoons paprika
		3 oz butter
		¼ pint double cream
		1 onion
		¼ pint meat glaze or brown sauce
		4 oz mushrooms, washed and sliced

									| How To Cook: |

									 |  
	1. Saute the minced veal in the butter, then add the onion and brown it lightly.

	2. Take the meat out and add the sliced mushrooms, the paprika, cream and meat glaze.

	3. Simmer until reduced to a creamy consistency.

	4. Reheat the meat in the sauce, arrange on a dish and serve with savory rice.
