What You Need: |

2 quarts mixed salad greens, washed, dried, torn into bite-size pieces, and chilled
½ cup sliced scallions, with some tops
3 cups slivered cold, cooked ham (about ¾ pound)
2 cups slivered cold, cooked turkey (about ¾ pound)
½ pound Swiss or American cheese, slivered
2 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1 medium-sized cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
3 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and cut into wedges
6 radish roses
1 cup vinaigrette or French dressing

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Arrange salad greens in a salad bowl.
|
2. Place scallions, ham, chicken or turkey, and cheese over greens.
|
3. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, and radish roses.
|
4. Serve dressing with the salad.
