How To Cook: |

1. Put ˝ cup freshly grated or packaged or frozen unsweetened coconut and ˝ cup hot water in a bowl and leave at room temperature 1 hour.

2. Strain liquid from the coconut, discarding the coconut.
|
3. Use the "milk" as directed in the recipe.
|
4. For thicker milk, use less liquid.
