What You Need: |

˝ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated or minced onion
˝ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoon drained capers
3 cups diced cold, cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
Salt, pepper to taste

How To Cook: |

1. Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
|
2. Add chicken and celery.
|
3. Season with salt and pepper.
|
4. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.
|
5. Serve plain or over lettuce leaves, if desired.
