What You Need: |

1 quart mixed salad greens, washed, dried, torn into bite-size pieces, and chilled
2 large navel oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise
1 cup scraped and julienne-cut carrots
˝ cup golden or seedless raisins
3 to 4 tablespoons salad oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon strained honey
Salt, pepper to taste

How To Cook: |

|
1. Put greens in a salad bowl.
|
2. Add oranges, carrots, and raisins; toss.
|
3. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad; toss.
|
4. Serve at once.
