1 medium-sized head chicory
1 small head leafy lettuce
˝ pound Swiss cheese, cut into cubes or slivers
2 tablespoons drained capers
˝ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 to 2 teaspoons sharp prepared mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Salt, pepper to taste

How To Cook: |

1. Wash and dry chicory and lettuce; tear into bite-size pieces and refrigerate.

2. When ready to serve, put greens in a salad bowl.

3. Add cheese and capers; toss lightly.
