What You Need: |

3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
2 medium-sized bananas, peeled and sliced
2 navel oranges, peeled, separated into segments, and membranes removed
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
3 kiwi fruit, cleaned and sliced
1 tablespoon honey

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Put pineapple, bananas, and oranges in a bowl.
|
2. Squeeze lemon juice over them.
|
3. Add strawberries and kiwi fruit, and mix well.
|
4. Boil honey with ¾ cup water; cool; pour over salad; mix well.
|
5. Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
