What You Need: |

2 cups cold, cooked elbow macaroni
4 cups diced cold, cooked lamb
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
1 cup diced green pepper
About ¾ cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
Salt, pepper to taste
2 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium-sized cucumber, peeled and sliced

How To Cook: |

|
1. Combine macaroni, lamb, onion, and pepper in a large bowl.
|
2. Mix salad dressing or mayonnaise, mustard, dill weed, salt, and popper; add to macaroni-lamb mixture.
|
3. Garnish with tomatoes and cucumbers, and refrigerate until ready to serve, or serve at once.
