What You Need: |

3 cups elbow or shell macaroni
2/3 cup French dressing
3 cups diced, peeled cucumber
3 cups diced celery
1˝ cups diced onion
6 cups flaked tuna fish
3 cups mayonnaise
˝ cup prepared mustard
Salt, pepper to taste
3 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and sliced
3 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large green pepper, cleaned and cut into strips

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cook macaroni until just tender according to package directions.
|
2. Drain and turn into a large bowl. Stir in French dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour.
|
3. Combine with cucumber, celery, onion, tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
|
4. Spoon onto a large platter and garnish with eggs, tomatoes, and green peppers.
