Norwegian West Coast Seafood Salad

What You Need: |

|
1 garlic clove, halved
Meat from a whole lobster, cleaned and cubed
1 cup cold, shelled, and cleaned small shrimp
1 cup cold, cleaned, cooked clams
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup cold, cooked green peas
1 cup sliced fresh or canned mushrooms
About 1˝ cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons minced onions
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Salt, pepper to taste

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Rub salad bowl with garlic and discard.
|
2. Put seafood, celery, peas, and mushrooms in the bowl, arranging the ingredients attractively.
|
3. Combine remaining ingredients and serve with salad.
|
4. Garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs and tomato wedges, if desired.
