  • ˝ pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • ˝ teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • How To Cook:
    1. Put lettuce in a salad bowl.

    2. Add mushrooms and oil; toss lightly.
