What You Need: |

2 fresh guavas
2 cups cut-up watermelon or cantaloupe
2 cups diced fresh or canned pineapple
¼ coup mayonnaise
¼ cup whipped heavy cream
1 tablespoon melted guava jelly
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
¼ cup grated coconut

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Wash guavas and remove stem ends. Skin and slice.
|
2. Combine with other fruit in a serving dish.
|
3. Mix remaining ingredients, except coconut, and spoon over salad.
|
4. Sprinkle with coconut.
|
NOTE:
|
Guava shells are available in cans. When drained and sliced, they may be used in salads.
