Carrot Walnut Salad
What You Need:
  • 6 large carrots, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 - 1½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped and lightly toasted

  • How To Cook:
    1. Toss carrots with oil in bowl.

    2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

    To Serve: 4
