What You Need: |

4 tablespoons butter
4 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 hot green chili, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 pound lump crab meat
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
˝ cup crab cooking liquid or clam broth
2 cups breadcrumbs

How To Cook: |

|
1. Heat butter in skillet and saute green onions, garlic and chili peppers for 3 minutes.
|
2. Stir in curry powder. Add crab, cilantro and parsley. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
|
3. Gently stir in liquid. Blend in 1 cup bread crumbs.
|
4. Put crab mixture into clamshells, or individual casserole dishes, and sprinkle remaining 1 cup breadcrumbs over tops.

5. Bake in oven at 400°F degrees until browned.
