What You Need: |

|
1 pound fettuccine pasta, cooked
¾ pound medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
¾ pound scallops (or 1 pound cooked crawfish tail meat)
2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup olive oil
2 cups fish stock or clam juice
Parsley and pine nuts

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
|
2. Add shrimp and scallops and cook for 5 minutes.
|
3. Stir in basil, parsley and fish stock or clam juice.
|
4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
|
5. Serve over cooked fettuccine.
|
6. Top with parsley and pine nuts.
|
|
|
