Marinated Mahi - Mahi
What You Need:
  • 1½ pounds mahi-mahi fillets (or other)
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon each: ground red pepper, garlic powder, ground coriander, cinnamon and dried mint

  • How To Cook:
    1. Combine all ingredients, except fish, in a jar; cover and shake to mix.

    2. Place fillets in a glass baking dish; pour marinade over fish.

    3. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    4. Place on a greased broiler rack and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat, turning halfway through cooking.

    5. Allow about 10 minute's total cooking time for each 1-inch thickness of fillets.

    NOTE:
        May use swordfish, halibut, salmon, chilean sea bass or tuna.
     
    To Serve: 4 - 6
