Rum Sauce
What You Need:
½
cup
butter
1 cup white sugar
¼ cup rum
Grated nutmeg
How To Cook:

. Cream butter and sugar together until light and smooth.

. Add rum a little at a time.

. Continue beating until very fluffy.

. Serve over bread pudding with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg on top of sauce.
