Cream Of Vegetable Marrow Soup
(Cousa)
What You Need:
3 medium-sized marrows
2
cups
of hot milk
2
tablespoons
of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
How To Cook:
1
. Stew marrows in a little water until soft.

. Strain, measure and keep hot.

. With 2 cups of puree use hot milk thickened with butter and flour.

. When boiled, combine with marrow, season, reheat and serve.
