Avocado Hors D'ceuvre
What You Need:
  • Avocado pears
  • Seasoning
  • Lime juice
  • Mayonnaise
  • Crayfish
  • Lettuce leaves

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cut the avocado pears in half lengthwise and remove the stones.

    2. Sprinkle with lime juice.

    3. Shred the crayfish, season and add mayonnaise.

    4. Stuff the avocado, chill and serve on lettuce leaves, with the crayfish heads to garnish.
