How To Cook: |

1. Mash the bananas well, adding the salt and nutmeg.

2. Add the beaten egg and sifted flour and leave standing for 10-15 minutes.
|
3. Put in tablespoonfuls into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
|
4. Drain well and serve hot, sprinkled with sugar.
|
5. Lemon juice can be served with the fritters if desired.
